Congratulations to Samaranjay who took 2nd place in the 2014 Grant School Spelling Bee! Sadie and Alec also did very well. And I want to mention our alternates - Ellie and Elizabeth who were ready to spell if called on. Great job, kids!
We were so busy in school today continuing our learning I failed at posting pics! The highlight of our learning was both 5th grade classes in the Ecoschoolhouse planting Rainbow Chard seeds while reviewing our experimental design knowledge. We now have 72 seeds ready to grow in 3 different types of soil. By next week we should be able to gather some data. Maybe the kids can help me post the plants' progress daily on the blog!
